I've been told I'm a good guy and deserving of good things to come. I believe in loyalty, respect, honesty, and fairness. I try to be truthful and positive when dealing with others, and want to be treated the same. I'm not petty or controlling, and I have no interest in the "last word", or mind/heart games. I can take positive advise and be thankful.

I've just turned 30 and have gone through a divorce. On a positive note, it was amicable, but, it's still not something I ever expected to happen. I work full-time for a major Engineering conglomerate. I enjoy fun nights out, good conversation, lots of laughter, singing (badly) and playing music (also badly). My family is paramount to me. I have an older brother, two nephews, a niece, and I visit my grandmother every other month (she lives in South Carolina). While I'm not a homeowner, I DO have my own place.

I love nature....I've been on a handful of business trips this year, and have found some really nice, small towns. I'm an avid camper, and share land with friends of mine in a small Upstate New York community.

Indoors I like to read.....mostly anything from magazines to novels. When it's cold and dreary out, I'm much happier on the couch, watching whatever is on my TiVO, rather than sloshing my subcompact 4-door through a downpour.

Would love to meet someone who feels that they can make me smile, and would like to be treated well, and give the same in return. Also, I tend to write rather long e-mails (it's just a force of habit), so please enjoy writing. One-sentence e-mails really don't give me much to go with. The things I have shared here are as close to true that I can put on this screen. I wish we were all in love and happy with someone we can trust....but.....cest la vie!
